Vivo V15 Pro – Price , Specifications, & Features
Today we all know that the cameras are the top show in every smartphone, yeah agreed.!. Vivo is worked hard through these years to improve their camera department. Yeah, seriously they come up with the massive change ….yes you all might able to guess.which smartphones is that .the all new vivo V15 pro.
This new Vivo smartphone launched on March 6 officially. The triple camera settings on the back, the new popup camera mechanism for selfie cameras, the new Snapdragon 675 are the some really exciting of this game changer.
Oke, we’re starting with the camera first
➡️ Triple rear camera on the back
Yeah, 48 Million Quad Pixel Sensor (12Million Effective Pixel)+8MP+5MP with AI Super Wide Angle, AI Face Beauty, AI portrait composition, Bokeh Mode, AI body Shaping, Portrait light effect, AR sticker, Video face beauty, Gender detection.
The images are turning out to really sharp & noise free and great quality, even it beats OnePlus 6t device on perfect light condition. The 8Mp wide angle lens gives even more images occupation.
It has the brilliant Ai portrait mode setup which has three types of portrait shots which are really amazing
The night mode is ok and doing a decent job than other mobiles, but not comparable to the nightlight in the pixel device Take a look at some images.
➡️ Hidden Selfie Camera
Guys where is the selfie cameras here, I can’t see… this is the special feature of this phone …the phone comes up with a pop-up mechanism for a selfie camera.
Pop-Up Selfie Camera with AI Face Beauty, AI portrait composition, Bokeh Mode, AI body Shaping, Portrait light effect, AR sticker, Video face beauty, Gender detection. This works really good, and the reaction speed also fast. I’ve found no glitch in this pop-up camera and the image quality is pretty much decent.
Vivo V15 Pro looks just like any other Vivo mid-ranger from the front. You get a notch-less, immersive screen. However, what’s different this time is the back side that has a triple rear camera setup placed in a vertical fashion on the top-left with a pill-shape enclosure at the bottom that merges all the way to the top bezel. That’s interesting and fortunately, not an attention seeker.
Display, ever since last year, is no more a technological hurdle given it has seen several major improvements from notches to more compact ‘waterdrop’ notch to eventually bezel-less screens. Vivo, being at the forefront of it, has made it’s Vivo V15 Pro virtually bezel-less. The smartphone sports a 6.39-inch Ultra FullViewdisplay with FHD+ (2340×1080 pixels) screen and a 91.6% screen to body ratio. This not just sounds good but is also good in real life usage. The screen can get incredibly bright and is saturated with the required color punch, courtesy the Super AMOLED display.
Vivo V15 Pro is as good in the overall performance arena as it is in the display arena. The smartphone runs all the apps, browser tabs and pretty much anything you throw at it, without stressing too much. You can stop worrying about the heating issues and the fact that all the functionalities work flawlessly, gives a certain sense of reliability on the device. The component here that gets the credit for all this is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor, which is fairly new and something you don’t have in most smartphones for now. Only Xiaomi’s recently launched Redmi Note 7 Pro can boast of this processor apart from Vivo.
Supporting the processor is 6GB RAM, which might be the new ‘basic’ with mid-rangers now, but is still more than what one actually needs (unless you’re strictly specs and number person). The user interface, which in Vivo V15 Pro’s case is the FunTouch OS 9 based on Android 9 Pie can’t be called as the most user-friendly. However, Vivo has made it much better than it used to be earlier. We still remember the FunTouch OS 2.0 based on Android 4.4.4 in the Vivo X5 Max that launched back in December 2014. Since then, the FunTouch OS has come a rather long way and through several iterations, it is as refined as it gets.
Vivo V15 Pro is not bad in the battery department but not the best we have seen in smartphones in this price segment. Backing the device is a 3700mAh battery, which is not exactly what we expected in a Rs 28,990 smartphone. It would’ve been appreciable if the smartphone came with a 4000mAh battery. It’s not that Vivo is bad in the battery department. We
were definitely impressed with the battery backup delivered that the Vivo Nex last year and this year the V15 Pro comes close if not actually at par with the last year’s flagship.
On a single charge and mixed-use, the handset gave us around 10 hours’ worth of juice, which is quite a good performance. If you are a power user, which most won’t be the case looking at the audience it is aimed at, watching videos, playing games and doing office work won’t stress you much for the battery life. In case it does, you do get ‘Dual-Engine’ fast charging support. It’s not as fast as OnePlus’ Dash Charge but comes quite close. Like any other Android handsets, the Vivo V15 Pro
also loses some percentage overnight.
Overall the device is pretty much decent for day to day usage. When compared to OnePlus 6t it felt little bit worth to me.but definitely go for one plus for its massive speed than any other smartphones device but for Rs.28,999/- it kinda worth guys.
